Easy Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups


These easy Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups are the perfect treat for the Oreo lover in your life! These Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups are super easy to make and are really delicious. If you like Oreos, you will love this dessert!

For an authentic Oreo cookie taste, use both black cocoa powder and Oreo Cookie crumbs.
If you don’t have black cocoa powder, you can use regular cocoa powder. The recipe will work fine, but it will affect the flavour and color slightly.
These freeze very well! Store in fridge for up to 5 days or in freezer (in an airtight container) for 1-2 months.
Best served cold, out of the fridge.

Chocolate Cookie Cups:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder sifted
  • 1/4 cup black cocoa powder sifted*
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 8 oz cream cheese full fat, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs **


Chocolate Cookie Cups:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray two regular sized muffin tins with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powders, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugars on med-high until light and fluffy (approx. 2-3mins). Reduce speed and add eggs one at a time and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined.
