A healthy high protein chunky monkey smoothie, dairy free, gluten free and vegan.
- 1-2 cups ice I like to use 2 cups for a very thick smoothie
- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew Milk or Silk Chocolate Cashew Milk
- 1 scoop about ¼ cup plant-based chocolate protein powder or 1 (5.3 ounce) Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder*
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- Optional Garnish: dairy-free chocolate chips
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until thick and smooth.
- Garnish with chocolate chips.
