Werewolf VEGAN burger. Special Halloween recipe!!
- 1 black muffin
- 1 vegetable burger
- 5 or 6 shiitake (bacon shiitake)
- ½ caramelized onions
- smoked vegan cheddar cheese
- cole salad (coleslaw): ¼ red cabbage, juice ½ lemon, lemon zest, apples with strips of 2 types, salt, sriracha, agave.
- Homemade beet ketchup
- Preheat the oven to about 180ºC
- Cut the shiitake and put them in a well-spread oven tray-We put salt and pepper and put them in the oven at about 200ºC for 40 mins.
- While we cut the red cabbage and the apples (of two types). We put them in a bowl and put the juice of half a lemon and grate a little of the skin. We also add agave, salt, sriracha and olive oil.
